The room I stayed in was spacious and featured a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked effectively. The hotel also provided access to a computer station was great, while the friendly and accommodating staff significantly enhanced my experience.

Booked the hotel for its convenient and absolutely perfect location really close to the center and clean. Also, it was 3 km from Hindang Cave.

Absolutely great hotel, everything was perfect. I really enjoyed great value room, it had a very comfy bed, climate control, a safe box and television. Separate bathroom was particularly good. Its staff was efficient and outstandingly accommodating.

Staff were wicked friendly, always greeting me with a smile. The bed in my room was massive and comfy, a total surprise. Just a short walk to the mall for food and drinks. Could use some better breakfast options, though.

They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with coffee and tea, for example and that was essential. A great selection of food for breakfast, it was excellent.

Comfortable and clean with great air conditioning.

I stayed for 8 nights, and my experience was marred by several issues. The rooms showed inconsistency in size and amenities, quite frustrating. The lack of late check-out options unless paying extra reminded me of a poor policy, especially for longer stays.

I appreciated the clean, new room with soft bedding. The lack of in-room dining and slow service at the restaurant were disappointing.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Had a blast staying with friends! The hotel is perfect because it's attached to a mall where we dined at great restaurants. We also enjoyed some downtime planning our next adventure by surfing the web. The staff are friendly and arrange transportation when needed.

One downside was that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but they did offer vouchers for a nearby spot.

The absence of in-room dining and breakfast options was disappointing, and I found the lack of amenities in the room surprising given the otherwise positive experience. Noise from the nearby mall occasionally disrupted the peace I expected .

The staff here are knowledgeable and efficient, and the hotel is located near a nice restaurant and a large mall, with the added convenience of being just a 10-minute drive from Npc Nature's Park.
